The replacement grinder disc and blades are sharp, suitable for various small countertop mixer brands. The knife measures 1 7/8" (47.6 mm) from tip to tip, with a 5/16" (7.9 mm) center square hole and a thickness of 3/16" (4.8 mm). The plates have two tabs on opposite sides and measure 2 3/32" (52 mm) in diameter. This is the hamburger grind plate with 5.0 mm holes. It is important to measure carefully, as some brands may have larger meat grinder sizes. These parts are not compatible with KitchenAid appliances. They are available for purchase in our store.
The 3/16" (5 mm) holes are designed for hamburger grind meat, and the new knife is included. This product fits most Deni, Rival, Sunmile, Oster, Elite, Waring Pro, and Nesco models. It is a Back to Basics stainless steel item that will not rust.
